How far is the airport from Asunción?
Silvio Pettirossi International Airport is in Luque, approximately 14 km from Asunción. Travel time varies with traffic and destination.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight information to adjust your pickup time. Please also notify us through WhatsApp whenever possible.
What if my flight is canceled or I need to cancel my trip?
You will receive one complimentary rescheduling if your flight is canceled. For other cancellations, please review the refund policy.
Where will the driver meet me?
The meeting point in the arrivals area and the driver’s details are confirmed via WhatsApp before you arrive.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The quote is per vehicle and considers the route, passengers, luggage and special requirements.
How much luggage can I bring?
The standard allowance is one bag per passenger. Tell us about extra luggage in advance so we can check cargo space.
Do you transport pets?
Yes. Pets must weigh up to 10 kg and travel inside a pet carrier.
How can I pay?
We send a payment link for credit card or Pix. Payment terms are confirmed before booking.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, when requested in advance. Tell us the child’s approximate age and weight so we can arrange the appropriate seat.
Do you operate overnight?
Yes. Airport transfers are available 24 hours a day with advance booking and confirmation.
How far in advance should I book?
Preferably at least 48 hours ahead. The earlier you book, the better the chance of securing your preferred time.
Can we stop along the way?
Quick pharmacy or ATM stops are free. After a 20-minute courtesy period, longer stops are charged as waiting time at USD 10 per hour.
Do you also provide departure transfers?
Yes. We provide transfers from your hotel or Airbnb to the airport. Ask about discounted arrival and departure packages.
Do you serve hotels and Airbnb properties?
Yes. Your destination can be a hotel, Airbnb or another agreed address in Asunción and the Metropolitan Area.
